About Globaltherm® J

  • This high performance heat transfer fluid is a mixture of isomers of an alkylated aromatic specially engineered for demanding low-temperature applications in liquid phase pressurised systems.
  • Globaltherm® J Heat transfer fluid is a heat transfer agent suitable for applications requiring single fluid heating and cooling.
  • This fluid is recommended for use in a temperature range from <-80°C (-112°F) up to a maximum bulk temperature of 315°C (600°F) in the liquid phase.
  • This heat transfer fluid can also be used in vapour phase systems operating from 181°C to 315°C (358°F – 600°F).
  • This heat transfer fluid offers outstanding low-temperature pumpability and excellent thermal stability for protection against accidental overheating.

Using Globaltherm® MXT

  • Globaltherm® MXT Heat transfer oil contains a highly resilient blend of additives resistant to sludging and ensures long-lasting and trouble-free service when managed correctly
  • This heat transfer oil is a mineral based liquid phase heat transfer oil used for operating at bulk temperatures between -7°C and 320°C in both open and closed circulation.
  • Globaltherm® MXT heat transfer oil is resistant to the oxidation and thermal cracking found in many industrial processing environments, including; chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, paper, wood and textiles.
  • Globaltherm® MXT Heat transfer oil is non-toxic and non-corrosive.

Application

Globaltherm® RP Heat transfer fluid is a heat transfer agent suitable for applications requiring single fluid heating and cooling including; oil and gas, heat recovery, plastics, polymers and styrene and chemical processing.

About Globaltherm® RP

  • Globaltherm® RP Heat transfer fluid is recommended for use in a temperature range up to a maximum bulk temperature of 660°F (350°C) and a maximum film temperature of 710°F (375°C).
  • Globaltherm® RP is a diaryl alkyl composition intended for use in applications that require liquid phase heat transfer.
  • Globaltherm® RP fluid can be used in non-pressurised systems, and is pumpable to 0°C (32°F).
  • Globaltherm® RP can be used in non-pressurized, liquid phase systems and has good low temperature properties, reducing the need for heat tracing.
  • Globaltherm® RP has a high flash point at 194°C (381°F) and delivers excellent thermal stability at the maximum use temperature.
  • Globaltherm® RP degrades primarily to low molecular weight products, therefore negating build-up of high molecular weight products that must be removed from the system.

Non-hazardous, low toxicity, silicone based heat transfer fluid. Globaltherm® Omnisol is the high temperature silicone based thermal fluid for Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) thermal storage applications.

About Globaltherm® Omnisol

Globaltherm® Omnisol – is a silicone based heat transfer media used in solar thermal storage applications at high temperatures.

Omnisol can safely withstand temperatures up to 425°C (797°F).

Globaltherm® Omnisol delivers the high thermal stability and reliable heat transfer of a polydimethylsiloxane mixture with a low pumpability point of -65°C (-85°F). Globaltherm ® Omnisol is a high performing low toxicity, low fire risk, heat transfer fluid for CSP applications operating up to 425°C (797°F).

Globaltherm® Omnisol is suitable for use in parabolic trough applications requiring a low freeze point and low temperature pumpability.

High Performance Synthetic Organic Heat Transfer Fluid

Globaltherm® D has an operating temperature ranging from -80 to 315 degrees Celsius

Application

GLOBALTHERM® D Heat transfer fluid is a synthetic organic heat transfer fluid designed for relatively low-temperature use in the liquid phase in closed unpressurised heat transfer systems with forced circulation. The recommended upper temperature limit is 200°C.

This thermal fluid meets the FOA Regulation CFR 21 Part 178.3530 and 178.3650 and is primarily used in chemical processing applications.

About Globaltherm® D

Globaltherm® D is recommended for use in heat transfer fluid systems operating in the temperature range from -80°C (-112°F) to 200°C (392° F).

  • The product is most suitable for indirect cooling in refrigeration plants and in processes
  • GLOBALTHERM® D Heat transfer fluid is thermally stable over the recommended usage range and provides good performance
  •  GLOBALTHERM® D Heat transfer fluid is intended for use as heat-transfer medium in a closed plant.

Globaltherm® C can be used in heat transfer systems for use as a liquid in non-pressurised systems from -90°C (-130°F) to 153°C (307°F) and in pressurised systems up to 300°C (572°F).

  • This thermal fluid is for use in multi-purpose heat transfer systems where heating and cooling loops must be operated simultaneously
  • Globaltherm® C is thermally stable up to 300°C (572°F) and particularly suitable in applications where exposure to air cannot be completely prevented
  • This product provides turbulent flow and efficient heat transfer to -80°C (-112°F)
  • Globaltherm® C can be used in systems requiring low start-up temperatures from -90°C (-130°F) without the need for heat tracing
  • Globaltherm® C operates effectively in non-pressurised systems in the range -80°C – 180°C (-112°F – 356°F)

Application

Globaltherm® N is a synthetic organic heat transfer fluid. This thermal fluid can be used in the liquid phase in closed, non-pressurised heat transfer systems and can be used as an alternative to mineral oils or hot oils. Primarily used in chemical industries and plastic processing applications.

About Globaltherm® N

This heat transfer fluid is recommended for use in heat transfer fluid systems operating in the temperature range from 150°C (302°F) to 300°C (572° F).

  • This thermal fluid has proven to be extremely stable to thermal degradation, has low odour and is non-toxic
  • The bulk outlet temperature range is 60°C (140°F) – 300°C (572°F) and a pour point of 60°C (140°F)
  • Globaltherm® N is particularly suitable in applications for which exposure to air cannot be completely prevented
  • Globaltherm® N can be used in systems requiring low start-up temperatures from -10°C (-14° F) without the need for heat tracing
  • This heat transfer fluid is non-corrosive

Made from highly refined base stocks, Globaltherm® M thermal fluid has excellent thermal and oxidation stability allowing operation at high temperatures for extended periods.

Globaltherm® M heat transfer fluid provides:
